City — selected by you to show relevant listings in your area.

When you list items for sale or rent, we collect the photos, descriptions, prices, and other details you provide about your items.
1.3 Transaction Information
We collect information related to your transactions on the App, including items viewed, items listed, purchases, rentals, and reviews.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

1.5 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect precise location data (GPS).
We do not access your contacts, calendar, or microphone.

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

Kingfisher — for image caching and loading within the App. This library operates locally on your device and does not transmit personal data to external servers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Firebase servers provided by Google. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized access
Secure authentication methods (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In)
Regular review of data access practices
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
With other users — your public profile information (name, profile photo, city, listings, and reviews) is visible to other App users to facilitate transactions.
With service providers — we share data with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely for the purpose of operating the App.

To protect rights — we may disclose information to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lavora, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Cached data (such as recently viewed items, search history, and image cache) is stored locally on your device and is cleared when you log out.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access — you can view your personal information in the App's profile settings.
Update — you can update your name, phone number, profile photo, and city through the Edit Profile screen.
Delete — you can delete your account and all associated data through the App settings. This action is irreversible.
Withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent for push notifications through your device settings.
8. Children's Privacy
Lavora is available to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Our App is primarily intended for users in Jordan. However, as we use Firebase (Google) for data storage, your data may be processed on servers located outside of Jordan. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or sending a push notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
